*Notes to consider:
- There is a solder joints that extends and joints the two strips together so there will be negligible mis-alignment. This only affects the very ends of the strip so not a major issue to consider.
- The strip is about 3.5 mm in depth so please consider this to fit between the keys and front part of the keyboard. If is not fitting, you can stick it slightly above the keys.
- Please close other software that uses the keyboard input before opening the Philic Piano LED Controller application.
Q – How to place to light strip?
A – Carefully place the strip between keys and front end of keyboard. Note that some keyboards have small gap so you may find difficulty in placing the strip but you can adjust and stick the strip above keys as you like.
Q – How to connect LED strip to laptop/PC?
*First make sure you have this port to connect your keyboard with laptop/PC.
- Step 1: Align the LED strip with your keyboard.
- Step 2: Connect your keyboard to laptop/PC through this cable . (Sold seperately)
- Step 3: Then connect one end of the board to your laptop/PC by B-type USB cable.
- Step 4: Connect other end of the board to the LED strip like this such that two dots align each other.
- Step 5: Download the latest setup from here and install the Phiic Piano LED Controller application.
- Step 6: Open the installed application and enjoy the magic!!
